Thank you for posting this song! Since I saw post on Busted Halo a couple of weeks ago, it has become my official Lenten song for 2013! I have experienced God’s love this week by watching my young sons “play” Jesus on the cross and hear my youngest son pray the Guardian Angel prayer. I see God’s love and joy in my kids a lot!

My Lenten journey has been a tumultuous time to say the least, yet my relationship with our great God has only grown stronger. The troubles I have seen and endured this season have drawn me more into prayer and consequently into a deeper relationship with Jesus. I made a pledge of purity to our blessed mother this lent, and thanks to her intercession and closeness to her son I have prevailed with their help. God’s love has carried me through all these days and nights, and I have not been alone because he was always by my side. God is good all the time.
