Fast from choosing something unhealthy in your life. Pray that what you choose is chosen with love and respect for all life and will be blest by the Almighty, the One who created you. Give the choice of life in whatever ways possible. Give your understanding and compassion to those who don't believe in choosing life or give money to Pro Life supporters and organizations. God gave us free will, the right to choose to love Him in everything we do.
