I always thank jesus for this food, and may it nourish us spiritually and physically. If you create food out of love, then the food will give that energy to everyone who eats it. Bless us o Lord and these thy gifts, which we are about to receive. Who knows maybe you will even be given a gift of the holy spirit from the food if it is blessed before consumption. :) I love chocolate by the way, my favorite is chocolate gummy bears, or chocolate with caramel and nuts.
