Return to the Lent calendar.

Lent Quotable

To be able to give away riches is mandatory if you wish to possess them. This is the only way that you will be truly rich.
— Muhammad Ali

Fast from any anger. Go out of your way to not respond to a person who angers you or tries your patience.

Pray to the Holy Spirit for patience in dealing with that person.

Give an act of kindness or do something nice for that person.

Slipped up? Don’t give up. Start again and share your
struggles at our “Slip Support Station” on Facebook.
Today’s Prize is: a tin of Busted Halo® M&M’s

Anger is an issue for me – I have delayed anger – thank you for this Lenten thought…I really needed it today at work. Work is over but I am going to leave the calendar up so I can take a quick peek in the morning.

Okay…. This doesn’t sound too challenging as I’m a pretty passive person. However, I DO tend to hang onto anger (even after the fact) so I’ll work on letting go.
