Return to the Lent calendar.

Lent Quotable

Don’t pray when it rains if you don’t pray when the sun shines.
— Satchel Paige, 1974

Fast from cynicism and negativity.

Pray for a greater sense of hopefulness in your life.

Give a dollar or two to your FastPrayGive Bowl on this sunny day to help someone later on a rainy day. (Your FastPrayGive Bowl is a container you set aside to hold the money saved from various fasting challenges to be used for whatever charity you choose at the end of Lent.)

Slipped up? Don’t give up. Start again and share your
struggles at our “Slip Support Station” on Facebook.
Today’s Prize is: Swedish Fish

Challenging! In an effort to not slip from sarcasm to cynicm I’m finding that I’m barely talking at all today. Well… I’m still having pleasant conversation with folks, but I still feel a bit muted. Wait. Was that negative?
