The Valloween Adventures The next six years of my life were pretty similar. I would receive the same cartoon Valentines as everyone else, but somehow, I always ended up with some present. Boxes of chocolates, hair ribbons, and stuffed animals were all gifts I acquired throughout my grammar school career. Valentine's Day was my own special holiday.
