The Valloween Adventures After graduation I moved to New York City to fulfill my dream of landing a job as an editorial assistant where I would finally have the opportunity to get coffee and open mail for some of the best in the business! After a Valentine’s Day that began with a boyfriend and ended in a shouting match and break up, I recommitted myself to Valloween. My girlfriends and I would laugh and comment on the commercialization of love. We would treat ourselves to an elaborate dinner and go out dancing but in our weaker moments we would bemoan being boyfriend-less.
