Thanks you for a well written piece.I commend you for putting into words what the process of dealing with the ups and downs of maturing really involves. So many people at first panic and look for the easy fix.But it takes a lot of work , painful at times to come out of this “black hole of uncertainty, confusion,fear and dispare. Holding on no matter what is ultimately so rewarding, restorative and eventually exciting because you know you are so much better off than before, You are thrilled and proud you weathered the storm. I commend you for not only hanging in there but sharing this so common experience that some people think”I must be the only one going through this. What did I do to bring this on?”
