Many years ago, my mother’s bathroom reading material for us consisted of Our Sunday Visitor, The Catholic Digest, and St. Anthony Messenger. I guess the Bible would be a good fit!!!

Why not, since God is everywhere you can talk to Him in the bathroom; no difference with reading the bible in the bathroom.

So I have been thinking of the term ‘halites’ as a way to identify yourselves. Since halite is rock salt, and, with some imagination, you can go from rock salt to salt of the earth, and you can humbly think of yourselves as ‘salt of the earth’, the term fits!
