Accommodate Gen-Y? I don’t think so. Given the sorry state of American education (e.g., Waiting for Superman), I foresee the best, highest paid US jobs going to folks from China and India. They are better educated, more professional…and probably read, speak and write English better than their American counterparts. Would you like fries with that?
I’m so sorry that I listened to this interview. How depressing! I fear for the future of our country if this guy truly represents the next generation. I certainly hope that he does not.
I coulnd’t agree more with the above comments! Accomodate? Fine, if there is some reciprocity, but its been my experience with Gen-Y that the accommodation is always a one way street. I too, have grave concerns about the future.
