A team of volunteers prepare food kits on Monday, January 18, 2010 to be delivered to the neighboring country of Haiti. Dominican volunteers have been working around the clock to prepare much needed food and hygiene supplies for the over 3 million Haitians affected by the 7.0 Magnitude earthquake that rattled Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Food and water remain scarce a week into the relief effort. Catholic Relief Services headquarters in Port-au-Prince also suffered some structural damage.
