I am a Religious Education Coordinator who has been trying to help the families in our program cope with this recent tragedy - especially since one of our own (a college student) was in Haiti on mission with Food for the Poor when the earthquake occured and she is still missing. We offered a Mass for Stephanie and her family and we all came together in prayer. What better gift as Catholics can we give a family in crisis. Pat Robertson's comments were inappropriate and hurtful. Your article this morning will be shared with all of our catechists and I just want to say "thank you".
