Shawn Raynond is co-founder of the U.S. Public Service Academy, which calls for the establishment of a public-service-oriented undergraduate school modeled on the U.S. military academies.  A bill before congress earned bi-partisan support this past year, and The Academy has earned endorsements from more than 90 college presidents, including three former superintendents of West Point.
