Jessica lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area with her husband and their two amazing girls, ages 3 and 6. She holds an M.A. in pastoral studies from the Washington Theological Union with background theology coursework from the Franciscan University of Steubenville and has been a witness to the richness and diversity of Christianity through her friendships with people from all over the theological and political spectrum. She writes from the perspective of a first generation-born Filipino-American. As a Catholic married to a Protestant, ecumenism and Christian unity are always on her mind. Jessica blogs regularly at leavenintheworld.com.
